People are at liberty to make their own choices in the area of sexuality and reproductive health. Rutgers combines research, practical services and lobbying to this end. Our work is characterised by the inclusive and active approach we adopt to sexual education, improved access to contraception and safe abortion, and the prevention of sexual violence. Our focus in this regard is on young people up to the age of thirty. Rutgers operates in eighteen countries. Our organisation comprises 140 passionate professionals based in the Netherlands, Indonesia and Pakistan.
